What do we do?
Loadzen is a cloud-based load testing platform built for simplicity, our focus is to ensure our service doesn't get between you and your testing and we are constantly evolving the service to improve the way things work.
Our principles in designing the service are:

Why did we build Loadzen?
Loadzen evolved due to the need for us to be able to run load tests without using a third party service or expensive software, so we opted to create our own and leverage the power of the cloud to make sure it scaled.
Once the core service was created (then only a command-line system), it was decided to put the whole thing online and make it into a website, and lo and behold, that is what you have before you now!
Creating the website brought its own challenge, ensuring that the site was user-friendly, understanding how we would give you the best service and structure everything so that we could enforce our core principles throughout, and (most importantly) have fun in doing so meant many a sleepless night and (almost) broken laptop screens.
What is it written in?
For those that are of a technical bent, Loadzen is written in Python, using Django with Boto, RabbitMQ, tornado and Pyro RPC to manage the back-end systems on a MySQL database.
Loadzen is free to use for up to 25 concurrent users, so why not sign-up? There's no obligation and you can try before you run larger tests.
